Terése Larsson

Terése Larsson was born 1987 in Sunne Värmland and started playing french horn at the age of seven. After the music gymnasium in Karlstad, she moved to Stockholm to begine her music studies with Dick Gustavsson from Gothenburg symphony orchestra at the Royal academy of music. During the academic years, she began to freelance on a regular basis in many of Sweden’s orchestras such as the Royal Opera, Swedish Radio, Royal Stockholm Philharmonic orchestra, Norrköping Symphony Orchestra among others. After two years of working in Gävle Symphony Orchestra and Wermland Opera, she came back to Stockholm to study her masters degree with Annamia Larsson from Gävle Symphony Orchestra as her teacher.
 
She has performed master classes for Dale Clevenger, Martin Owen, Marie-Luise Neunecker to name a few.

Since 2014, Terése is employed as principal horn of the Swedish Chamber Orchestra, which regularly tours all over the world and which whom she has also performed as a soloist.
