    Three contestants who won first prize in the 2023 Spring edition has received special prizes and souvenirs. These contestants were submitted by our partner ASDAN China who currently cooperates with top international educational organizations and prestigious universities across the world, with the aim of introducing high quality education resources on subjects such as business, economics, mathematics, physics, chemistry, engineering, information science, biology, leadership, social studies and art into China.

  • The North International Music Competition awarded prizes at "The X International Music Festival of The Stockholm International Music Competition" which was held in Stockholm in June 2023

    The Stockholm International Music Competition is a yearly event for children and adults who are passionate about classical music. Since its launch, the competition has attracted young musicians from more than 40 countries.

    Several children received special prizes from the North International Music Competition:

  • The North International Music Competition winners participated at the annual music festival in Bursa, Turkey 2023

    From March 3 to March 5, 2023, the annual music festival was held in Bursa, Turkey.

    The festival is organized by the Academy of Elena Cekic together with the Municipality of Bursa, and included a music competition, master classes as well as charity concerts to help children affected by the earthquake and a gala concert.

    This year, about 500 children and professional musicians took part in the festival and among the participants of the festival were the winners of “The North International Music Competition”.

    5 participants of the festival in Turkey were awarded with special prizes by  “The North International Music Competition”.

  • The Vladimir Spivakov International Charity Foundation and the XVIII International Festival “Moscow Meets Friends”

    From May 18 to June 1, 2021, the XVIII International Festival “Moscow Greets Friends” was held in Moscow.

    A record number of applications were submitted for the XVIII Moscow Meets Friends Festival. Out of more than 1400 applications, close to 500 talented children were from more than 100 regions of Russia and the rest were from 37 countries of the world. Participants were then selected to participate in live and online concerts in different categories such as instrumental soloists, vocalists, dance and choral groups, circus studios, artists, reciters, orchestras and conductors.

    The North International Music Competition had 8 previous contestants who participated in the festival.

    7 participants took part in the online concerts, and the organizers of the festival invited Arthur Edman to perform at the grand opening and solo with the famous Moscow Virtuosi orchestra conducted by Vladimir Spivakov.

  • The North International Music Competition awarded Special Prizes at the 7th International Festival of Talented Children «Kaleidoscope».

    The 7th International Festival of Talented Children «Kaleidoscope» was held in April in Israel. It involved children from more than 30 cities in Israel and other countries of the world. The North International Music Competition was invited to have a seat at the jury table and was able to give special prizes to the contestants.

    The North International Music Competition had several previous contestants who participated in the festival as well.

  • Performers from more than 40 countries took part in the XVII Annual International Festival Moscow Meets Friends Festival.

    The 17th International Festival “Moscow meets Friends” events were being held in mixed format, with some of the concerts being online and some concerts being live. The festival which took place in between November, 25 – December, 20 2020 was one of the largest projects of the Vladimir Spivakov International Charity Foundation. 

    The North International Music Competition had several previous contestants who participated in the festival as well as participants from our partner Brilliant Talent Discovery Awards International Music Competition.

    The Festival has been held every year since 2004 and has participants from different regions of Russia, the Baltic countries and from all over the world, with concerts in the best venues in Moscow, and many other Russian cities. This year the Festival received a record number of applications and young musicians from more than 40 countries were selected to participate – instrumentalists, singers, dance and choral groups, artists, orchestras and conductors.

  • Vladimir Spivakov International Charitable Fund and North International Music Competition

    The North International Music Competition initiated and coordinated the international project “Songs of the War Years” together with Ekaterina Menshikova, who was responsible for the technical implementation of the project. Together we managed to bring talented children from different countries on the 75th anniversary of the Victory Day in order to present their favorite songs in a virtual format to the audience. The project was attended by young performers – scholars of the International Charitable Fund Vladimir Spivakov and participants of the festival “Moscow Meets Friends”.

  • A Nordic Adventure and a Tropical Christmas 2019

    From 10th to the 18th of December 2019 some of our participants made a cultural trip to Sweden and Finland, for masterclasses and concerts.

    The masterclasses were with piano teachers Ivetta Irkha and Maria Rostotsky, soprano Alexandra Büchel, violinist Andrej Nikolaev and cellist Erik Williams.

  • Garmonia Foundation and North International Music Competition 2019

    At the end of May pianist Hai Wei Chen, clarinetist Daniil Serdyukov and violinist Ravil Islyamov were awarded prizes and certificates in Moscow by the general director of the Garmonia Foundation G.M. Machevskaya (Russia) and the marketing director of the North International Music Competition, Anna van Debré (Sweden).

    The presentation of the violin by Giuseppe Guarneri, which was recently received by Ravil Islyamov, took place at the award ceremony. Ravil will in the upcoming days participate in one of the most prestigious international music competitions – The XVI International Tchaikovsky Competition.

  • Brilliant Talent Discovery Awards - International Music Competition Gala Concert 2019

    We are very happy for our two previous contestants Faith Ong and Kaleb Teo, who were participating in this years Brilliant Talent Discovery Awards – International Music Competition Gala Concert at Esplanade, Theaters By The Bay in Singapore on the 17th of April 2019.

  • STARS AT TENERIFE 2018

    We are very happy for our two contestants Arthur Edman and Cynthia Soto, who were invited to participate in the International Music Festival-Competition “Stars at Tenerife” between October 26 through November 1st 2018. Both of the contestants managed to get the First Prize in their own group.

  • XV International Festival “Moscow meets friends”

    We are excited to announce that four contestants, Arthur EdmanArya Su Gülenç and Mert Hakan Şeker from our previous competitions, will represent The North International Music Competition in Moscow at the XV International Festival “Moscow meets friends”– the most ambitious project of the Vladimir Spivakov International Charity Fund from 1 to 12 October 2018. The festival has been held annually since 2004 with participants performing at the best venues in Moscow.
