Dante Idbratt Lundgren
Dante Idbratt Lundgren, born in Strömstad 1990, started playing the guitar at the age of ten. At the age of fifteen he was accepted for studies at Lilla Akademien School of Music in Stockholm where he graduated in 2009. He then began his studies at the Royal College of Music in Stockholm under the tuition of Peter Berlind Carlson. During the last year of the Bachelor’s program he received an Erasmus scholarship for studies with Prof. Frank Bungarten at Hochschule für Theater, Musik und Medien Hannover in Germany.
In 2012 he began the Master’s program at Musikhochschule für Musik Franz Liszt Weimar under tuition of Prof. Thomas Müller-Pering where he graduated with the highest mark. Since then he has been performing solo repertoire as well as chamber music in different ensembles. He’s also been composing and recording music for soundtrack productions.
